The dashboard

Built to decide, not to admire charts. Everything points to an action.

Maturity by team

The level of each team and function, comparable at a glance.

Risk areas

Weak competencies surface automatically, before they become a problem.

Evolution over time

Track progress from one campaign to the next, right in the dashboard.

The evidence

Reports: your evidence file

Beyond the screen, Aptia produces a document you keep, share and present. That's what turns an effort into proof.

Exportable due-diligence report

Clear and shareable (PDF), it documents what you measured and undertook.

Aligned with the frameworks

Structured against Law 25, the AI Act and the ISO 42001 standard.

Before/after report

The strongest proof: an exportable document showing in black and white that mastery has progressed.

Sector benchmarking

A score alone means nothing without a point of comparison. Aptia situates your organisation against others in your sector, from fully aggregated, anonymised data. “52 out of 100, versus 64 in your sector”: that gives the number meaning and a target to aim for.

Privacy, by default

Results are aggregated by default. A campaign can be fully anonymous, with no re-identification possible on the manager's side. No employee is ranked or scored individually for performance. It's consistent with Law 25, and with our conviction that a literacy tool must never become a surveillance tool.

What the report proves, precisely

It documents your due-diligence effort: what you measured, trained and undertook, with dates to back it up.

It does not certify a state of compliance, that also depends on your practices, your policies and technical measures. The report makes that diligence demonstrable; it does not replace it. Legal matters (Law 25, the AI Act, etc.) remain for your legal counsel to validate: we are not a law firm.
